Working Solutions CDFI is currently hiring for the following roles:

  • Portfolio Associate: We are looking for a detail-oriented Portfolio Associate with superb customer service skills to support our clients and Portfolio Management Team. This role is remote with a preference for California residents or those with experience in California. Spanish language skills preferred.

As a certified, nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), Working Solutions makes affordable loans of $5,000-$100,000 available to small businesses and provides business consulting in conjunction with every loan. We are committed to connecting with communities that have historically not had access to capital and place an additional priority on serving lower-income individuals, women, and entrepreneurs of color.
