City of San Francisco – Bookstore Program Partnership Success

On October 16th, Working Solutions organized a small but impactful event for local San Francisco bookstores to celebrate a partnership with San Francisco’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) and the San Francisco SBDC. Working Solutions has awarded $103,000 to eleven local bookstores who together generate over $9.8 million in annual sales, create and retain over 100 jobs, host over 40 free community events monthly, and have an average of 21 years in business.
