We stand in solidarity. Support Black-owned businesses.
Working Solutions stands in solidarity with all those fighting for racial justice and equity. As a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), we have a mission to provide affordable and safe capital to support the dreams of those who have been marginalized due to race or gender. Our work is part of a national movement to democratize finance, and we are committed to closing racial and gender wealth gaps through entrepreneurship.
Working Solutions is committed to supporting Black entrepreneurs, most directly by implementing the goals that we created through our five-year strategic plan. These goals include deploying 60% of our capital to communities of color each year, including 20% to Black-owned businesses.
Join us in supporting local Black entrepreneurs by directing your purchases to Black-owned small businesses. Here are links to resources highlighting Black-owned businesses:

Working Solutions remains deeply committed to working toward a more inclusive and just economy. Now more than ever, we must lift up entrepreneurs of color, particularly Black entrepreneurs, and support the communities that we serve.
