Working Solutions continues to grow our impact with $6.3 million in capital deployed to 876 small businesses in FY2021. Paired with over 8,000 hours of free business consulting, these results show the ongoing need that small businesses have for Working Solutions, especially in these challenging times.

 
 

This year's $6.3 million in grants and loans marks a 40% increase over our last fiscal year. In total, Working Solutions has now deployed over $33 million in capital to local small businesses, bringing us two-thirds of the way to our five-year strategic plan goal of deploying $50 million by 2024!
