Working Solutions was pleased to participate in the Opportunity Finance Network (OFN)’s first CONNECT+ Webinar of 2022—Tech it Up: Leveraging Technology for Impact, Growth & Collaboration.

Working Solutions team members Jenny Lee (Director of Strategic Partnerships) and Priscilla Woo (Associate Director of Lending) were joined on the panel by Jennifer Hayes, Senior Vice President of Operations and Policy for Invest Detroit. The panelists discussed how CDFIs of different sizes are integrating technology to enhance programs and maximize operational efficiency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with an eye to the future of remote and hybrid work.
