2024 was a ‘Year of Milestones’ for Working Solutions, from our 25th anniversary to the launch of our new Five-Year Strategic Plan and our expansion statewide across California!

As the First to Believe in Small Business, Working Solutions has deployed over $56 million in small-dollar loans and grants to nearly 3,000 small businesses. In FY24 alone we disbursed $8.7 million to 283 businesses and provided 13,500 hours of free application support and business consulting.

Our FY24 results reflect our commitment to addressing systemic inequities and expanding capital access by lending at the intersection of opportunity, with funding disbursed to:

78% LMI-owned businesses
75% BIPOC-owned businesses
56% Women-owned businesses
79% Start-up and early-stage businesses
