Working Solutions Welcomes Two New Lending Officers

Working Solutions is pleased to welcome two new Lending Officers, Jhana Valentine and Benjamin Mendoza, to our growing team.

Prior to joining Working Solutions, Jhana Valentine launched and managed California’s first statewide clean vehicle incentive and loan assistance program through her work at Beneficial State Foundation. Jhana brings experience in program management, social and environmental impact analysis, and data analytics. She holds a B.A. degree in Environmental Studies from Lewis & Clark College.

Benjamin Mendoza previously held roles with the U.S. Small Business Administration and several private companies, gaining experience in underwriting business, personal, mortgage, and investment loans. Benjamin is also a small business owner himself, owning a horse ranch in Monterey. He holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Evergreen Valley College and is working toward his B.A. at Arizona State University.

We are thrilled that Jhana and Benjamin will increase our capacity to deploy loans to start-up and early-stage businesses throughout Northern California!
