Priscilla Woo joined Working Solutions CDFI in 2016 and serves as Director of Lending. In this capacity, she manages the team responsible for the analysis and underwriting administration of loan applications. Under her leadership, the Working Solutions Lending Team has more than doubled annual loan deployment and has improved systems and processes, all while remaining focused on serving start-up and early-stage businesses owned by BIPOC, low-income, and women entrepreneurs. 

Prior to Working Solutions, Priscilla led asset building programs in underserved communities to provide business training, capital access, and advisor connections. She brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. 

 Priscilla serves on the Board of Directors of the Credit Builders Alliance (CBA) and CBA Fund, and as a Credit Committee Member for the California Southern State Guarantee Program. Priscilla was previously selected to join the 2020 Landit for CDFI Women Program and the 2018 Opportunity Fellows Program, both innovative leadership programs offered by the Opportunity Finance Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California San Diego and has also received the NeighborWorks Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC) Certification in Financial Capability and the CBA Credit Training Certification.
