Zuilma Garcia joined the Working Solutions team in June 2024 as a Portfolio Associate. With experience in building client relationships and data management, Zuilma is excited to support the Working Solutions mission of creating equitable access to capital. Originally from Los Angeles, she moved to the Bay Area to attend UC Berkeley and has lived there for the past 10 years. As a first-generation Mexican-American, Zuilma understands the barriers to economic mobility and brings compassion to her work. She looks forward to meeting clients’ needs. Inspired by her Oaxacan roots, Zuilma enjoys cooking new dishes and exploring the diverse cuisines the Bay Area has to offer.
