CEO Message - 20th Year Anniversary

Dear Working Solutions Community,
 
Working Solutions is celebrating our 20th Anniversary in 2019!
 
We launched the year with a feature story in the San Francisco Chronicle which you can read here. We are thrilled to have two of our clients – SF Parking and Brenda’s French Soul Food – highlighted in the article as well. 
 
Stay tuned for more profiles of our clients and early borrowers; those who experienced our First to Believe philosophy early on and who have gone on to achieve success on their own terms. Their stories will show how Working Solutions and our combined approach to Capital and Consulting helped them lay the foundations for their businesses. Some have grown their bottom-line, some have diversified their offerings, some have expanded to multiple locations, and some have sold their businesses and moved to other adventures – but each has learned and grown along the way while giving back to our communities.
 
You will also have the opportunity to celebrate our 20th year in person with us at our annual Invest in Dreams Breakfast on May 9, 2019 where we will unveil our vision and strategic goals for the next 5 years.

As immigrants, children of immigrants, business owners, and community members, we believe that the future is about making finance and capital accessible to everyone so that we have an inclusive and vibrant local business community. 
 
With 20 years behind us, we are ready to meet the future head on. Our goal is to continue to focus on the hardest to reach, the smallest, earliest ventures, and to make sure we deploy $30 million in microloans and serve 1,000 local businesses by 2021 … and to keep going.
