Working Solutions Welcomes John Palyo as Inaugural Chief Lending Officer

Working Solutions is pleased to welcome John Palyo as our new Chief Lending Officer. John comes to Working Solutions with over 30 years of experience in economic and community development, CDFI lending, credit administration and analysis, and nonprofit leadership

Most recently, John was President of Grow America Fund, a subsidiary of the National Development Council (NDC) and certified CDFI and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) lender. Prior to his work at NDC, John also held positions at JPMorgan Chase and NatWest Bank focused on small business and capital access in financially marginalized communities.

Over his career, John has developed expertise in operational and financial leadership, strategic planning, client relations, economic development, regulatory compliance, process improvement, portfolio management, training, and team leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University.
