Welcome To Our Newest Team Members

Working Solutions is pleased to welcome two new members of our team: Brisia Rodríguez Aguilera, Lending Officer, and Zuilma Garcia, Portfolio Associate.

Brisia Rodríguez Aguilera joined Working Solutions as a Lending Officer in May 2024 with a rich background in program management, credit analysis, and client relations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she excels in driving growth and optimizing operations. With experience in financial institutions and underwriting, Brisia has a proven track record of spearheading program development, managing client portfolios, and conducting comprehensive credit risk analysis.

Zuilma Garcia joined the Working Solutions team in June 2024 as our Portfolio Associate. With experience in building client relationships and data management, Zuilma is excited to support the Working Solutions mission of creating equitable access to capital. As a first-generation Mexican-American, Zuilma understands barriers to economic mobility. Inspired by her Oaxacan roots, Zuilma enjoys cooking new dishes and exploring the diverse cuisines the Bay Area has to offer.
