Brownie and Princess Sims launched their business, The Final Sauce, in 2013 with the dream of sharing their aunt’s cherished BBQ sauce with the world. Like many entrepreneurs, the Sims sisters faced financial challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, but as microbusiness owners, their access to debt capital was limited.

Through their local U.S. Bank branch, the Sims were introduced to Will Jackson, U.S. Bank Business Access Advisor (and Working Solutions Board Member), who connected the sisters to Working Solutions for a microloan paired with free business consulting. U.S. Bank’s latest blog post and video highlight the Sims sisters’ story and this successful collaboration of all three partners.

For over 20 years, Working Solutions and U.S. Bank have partnered to provide capital and connections to entrepreneurs like the Sims sisters through funding, referrals, financial education, and volunteer service. Thank you, U.S. Bank!
