Working Solutions Attends OFN’s ‘Capital Meets Purpose’ Conference in D.C.

Members of the Working Solutions team recently traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend the 2023 Opportunity Finance Conference with over 2,200 of our industry peers, partners, and stakeholders!

Highlights from this year’s conference include:

• CEO Sara Razavi had the opportunity to introduce SBA Administrator Isabella Guzman on the plenary stage;

• Chief Development Officer Laura Hoover and Chief Program Officer Titi Ikhile spoke on a panel about “Customer Acquisition with Impact”;

• Titi Ikhile facilitated a panel on “How Funders & CDFIs Can Partner to Better Serve Entrepreneurs of Color”;

• Laura Hoover led a networking session for CDFI capitalization professionals;

• Working Solutions co-hosted a reception for small business lenders with Inclusive Action for the City and Pacific Community Ventures; and

• We engaged with the important work that CDFIs are doing to close the racial wealth gap, tackle the climate crisis, and create change in our communities.
